As Partnerships Director you will grow the reseller business in EMEA and LATAM. You will be responsible for identifying new markets and businesses, design and deliver special programs, marketing incentives, partnerships as well as other innovative, ad sales enabling and ad revenue generating opportunities for the business. You will be based in Istanbul, reporting to our MD of Turkiye.

About the role:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies for long-term revenue growth and strategic partnerships;  lead the team of Partner Managers to reach goals.
    • Set the targets of reseller companies and follow the performances of the companies during the year,
    • Organize business reviews with reseller companies on business development and performance,
    • Develop deep relationships with new and existing resellers to establish Digital Turbine as a strategic partner,
    • Be part of the strategic planning process, forecasting, tracking and reporting on sales performance,
    • Collaborate with the greater sales organization; client services, ad operations, and other internal teams to share knowledge, discuss challenges and to share best practices

About you:

    • BA degree or equivalent
    • A minimum of 15 years of strong industry experience, and a min 5 years of people management
    • Experience in digital advertising sales and/or new business development
    • Good with setting personal goals and achieving them
    • Competitive, entrepreneurial, ambitious and positive
    • A fluent English speaker who communicates (written and verbally) to a high professional standard
    • Strong communication and partner management skills to manage relationships with people from different cultures.
