In this role, you will assist the Business Owner with administrative tasks. Your adaptability, eagerness to learn, time management skills, and confidence will ensure your success. Responsibilities:

    • Marketing tasks as assigned: branding, social media campaigns, CRM marketing platform: o e.g. eDM campaigns and communication to customers, etc.
    • Assist management with sales tasks related to each step of the sales lifecycle. o e.g. Quote production
    • Providing a range of business support activities and performing tasks that include creating or updating reports and records and assisting in the development of JAFLAC’s products. o Perform quarterly reporting and analysis (recommendations would be a next step up into this role). The reporting is already automated; the candidate would be assisting with compiling reports into a report ready to introduce to customers.
    • Invoicing: o Reconciliation of the job tasks and Q/A of the notes.
    • Documentation of processes, policies and systems.
    •  The ideal team member would be someone that fully understands the core of JAFLAC’s business goals: SKUs, products, and capabilities, Sophos, Firewall, Microsoft.

To be successful in this role, you will have;

    • Experience:
    • Previous experience in a similar role (5+ years) ideally in a small technology service provider/MSP
    • Strong knowledge of fundamentals of Microsoft and networking (IP addressing, cyber security)
    • A genuine passion for technology and someone that doesn’t say no to finding a solution to a challenge: your knowledge of how systems and tech work together is very important: integration of different systems and processes with other systems.
    • Someone creative with problem solving skills: e.g. how to use Co-Pilot for integrating automation into existing processes and improve efficiencies and delivery of outcomes.
    • Systems/Software - Essential:
    • Microsoft
    • Sophos
    • N-able (good to have)
    • Systems/Software - Desirable:
    • Invarosoft 
    • The ideal candidate:
    • Someone that has been in a manager role and knows the insides our of sales cycles in this industry.
    • Someone with general technical knowledge in IT, networking, cybersecurity.
    • Someone that has an interest or exposure to AI and Automation.
    • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent English skills - both verbal and written and the ability to talk with clients
    • Strong attention to detail
