Dijital Team is seeking a skilled and strategic Cloud Infrastructure Lead to manage and optimize our internal and client-facing cloud environments, primarily on Microsoft Azure. The Cloud Infrastructure Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of cloud infrastructure and internal IT services of the team. This role involves planning, implementing, and maintaining effective IT solutions to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of cloud-based services and infrastructure. Critical to this role is the ability to meticulously document processes, create and maintain comprehensive plans, and consistently update project statuses and progress using tools such as spreadsheets and Smartsheet. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional discipline in record-keeping, ensuring that documentation, project and IT asset status and tracking remain accurate, transparent, and current at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Cloud Infrastructure Management:
    • Design, deploy, and manage Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
    • Monitor performance, security, and availability.
    • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform.
    • IT Service Delivery & Support:
    • Ensure timely delivery of cloud services.
    • Provide technical support and incident resolution.
    • Security & Risk Management:
    • Implement security protocols and monitor threats.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
    • Cost & Vendor Management:
    • Optimize cloud costs and manage vendor relationships.
    • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track KPIs and generate reports for continuous improvement.
    • Office 365 Administration:
    • Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
    • Fortinet Firewall & Security Fabric:
    • Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, and threat protection.

Required Skills & Experience:

    • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of Azure services (VMs, Networking, Storage, Security).
    • Proficient in Office 365 administration and Microsoft Intune.
    • Experience with FortinetVPNs, and network segmentation.
    • Familiarity with PowerShellDockerKubernetes, and Windows/Linux OS.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with ISO frameworks.
    • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and automation tools.
    • Familiarity with other security platforms (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Meraki).
