This role involves working with the projects team, technical team, and service desk to deliver
quality project outcomes, with a strong focus on cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

    • Presales, design and scoping
    • Project scheduling and communication
    • Successful delivery of project work (on time, on budget)
    • Reporting to Project Manager on project progress
    • Implementation of cybersecurity tooling and policies
    • Documentation of achieved cybersecurity outcomes in alignment with our framework
    • Monitoring of industry trends specifically around cybersecurity to facilitate continuous improvement
    • Assisting Service Delivery team with technical escalations

To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • Essential Experience/Qualifications:
    • 5+ years in an MSP and IT industry background
    • Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge: experience with handling tenancies, Intune, etc.
    • Experience with Project Delivery
    • Someone that is an ace at time tracking and has a solid understanding of the commerciality of working for an MSP and is accountable for their time
    • ConnectWise Manage knowledge or similar systems
    • Networking and infrastructure experience in a similar L3 role

    • Desirable Qualifications / Technical Skills / Tools:
    • Good understanding of the Cybersecurity landscape and/or an avid interest in this space
