We are currently expanding the family and are looking for a Digital Project Manager - Web Development /IT  to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to delivery, and ensuring the project goals and objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities :

    • Working with clients to plan and schedule work
    • Working to agreed SLAs and ensuring support tickets are actioned on time and on budget
    • Creating and managing support jobs, invoices and costs for your accounts
    • Conducting resource mapping to ensure the most efficient organisation of resources for support
    • Supporting the team by ensuring efficient utilisation and capacity forecasting to foster accountability
    • Acting as a point of referral for the team and being a source of knowledge and guidance for more junior members of the team
    • Owning account management responsibilities
    • Identifying new opportunities and contributing to scopes of work and new proposals
    • Engaging in continuous improvement and increasing process efficiencies
    • Identifying and implementing better ways of working in response to client needs
    • Providing timely, accurate and client appropriate reporting
    • Lead cross functional teams to deliver work to an effective conclusion
    • Fostering a positive team spirit through empowerment, trust and respect
    • Willingness to roll your sleeves up and do what needs to be done including content management, testing, authoring documentation

Requirements :

    • Must Have :
    • 5–10 years of experience in Digital, Web, or IT Project Management
    • Digital Project Planning, including building out project schedules
    • Planning and managing ongoing recurring activities
    • Identifying and managing risks & dependencies
    • Solid understanding of development lifecycle including software testing & release management 
    • Authoring functional specifications & building backlogs of user stories
    • Strong Customer facing & Communication skills
    • Proven track record of establishing relationships with customers
    • Strong Problem-solving skills
    • Managing multiple priorities effectively 
    • Technical Literacy and ability to collaborate with technical teams to translate between business opportunities and technical solutions
    • Experience with Atlassian toolset or equivalent
    • Positive attitude, willingness to learn & drive to extend knowledge and skills areas
    • Experience working with CMS solutions(Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore, Umbraco, Sanity, AEM)
    • Ideally Have :
    • Exposure to UX and analytics service delivery
    • Negotiation & conflict management
