We're looking for a HubSpot Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Team management
- Working with the HubShots Framework to optimize client HubSpot portals
- Analyzing and optimizing HubSpot campaigns
- Planning new campaigns
- Making sure tracking is set up properly
- Reporting on campaign results, and insights and looking for opportunities to improve strategies
- Presenting insights and trends for clients
- Working on sales processes and pipelines
- Implementing ticket pipelines and processes
- Building surveys
- Add/edit/update tasks in our Teamwork project management system
- Follow up tasks, keep them on track, and highlight any tasks running late
- Organize and delegate tasks to the team
- Reporting on campaign results, and insights and looking for opportunities to improve strategies.
- Manage jobs with our graphic designer
- Manage jobs with our FB Ads and Google Ads specialists
- Manage tasks with the implementation team
- Prepare timesheet reports and breakdowns in spreadsheets
- Prepare client reports from Google Analytics, social channels and other tools
- Keep Google Drive organised
- Weekly checks of things like Google Search Console and Google Analytics for clients
- Working on HubSpot Marketing Hub Tools, HubSpot Sales Hub Tools, HubSpot Service Hub Tools and HubSpot Content Hub
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong HubSpot skills across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub, and the following:
- HubSpot Marketing Hub tools, including Social, Ads, Lists, Emails, Forms (regular and popup), CTAs, Workflows, Landing pages, Dashboards and Reports.
- HubSpot Sales Hub tools, including Sales, Dashboards and Reports, Goals and Forecasting.
- HubSpot Service Hub tools, including Ticket pipelines, Automation, Surveys, Dashboards and Reports, Inboxes and Helpdesk.
- Experience working inhouse on HubSpot or for a HubSpot agency
- Excellent communication skills internally with your team and externally with clients
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and great communication skills via Zoom/Teams/Meet, email, and Slack
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Knows the basics of how Google Ads and Facebook Ads work
- Knowledge of SEO and marketing strategies is a bonus but not a requirement
