The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for setting First Time Appointments (FTA) for Outside Sales and is the first step of our onboarding process for new clients. This is a high-volume telephone/email execution on a daily/weekly basis.
Responsibilities:
- Mastering the mission and value proposition.
- Mastering Pipedrive prospecting database tool and ongoing cycle management.
- Mastering the TruMethods Inside Sales Champions video content.
- Maintain content quality of database information including titles, phone numbers, #of seats, vendors, contract expiration dates, emails, and duplication reduction and tag any suspects that are not a fit for services we offer
- Set appointments for relevant business development managers and schedule these using Outlook
- Assist marketing coordinator with events such as Lunch & Learns and Webinars by emailing/callilng potential attendees.
- Maintain a pleasant and persistent demeanour on the phone when representing the company.
- Enter information in sales metrics spreadsheet for dials, conversations, appointments.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and weekly meetings to present metrics.
- Willingly participate in weekly role play scenarios to perfect knowledge and technique.
- Enter Business Cards from networking. Participation in Marketing Campaigns
