We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Canvas Apps (Custom Pages), Model-Driven Apps, PCF components, and plugins, along with strong experience in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline management. This role involves leading development efforts, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-performing, scalable, and integrated solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and deploy custom Power Platform solutions, focusing on Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Design and build PCF components using ReactJS and MUI/Fluent UI to enhance user experience and extend functionality.
- Develop custom Power Platform plugins using .NET and C# to optimize business logic and system integrations.
- Manage and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and ensure continuous integration.
- Conduct requirement analysis, estimations, and strategic planning for new features and system enhancements.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing Power Platform applications to ensure peak performance and reliability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Power Platform Expertise: Strong experience in Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, PCF components, and plugins
- PCF Development: Expertise in ReactJS, MUI/Fluent UI, and TypeScript for building robust PCF components
- Plugin Development: Proficiency in .NET and C# for creating and managing Power Platform plugins
- Azure DevOps & CI/CD: Proven ability to manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery
- Solution Architecture & Analysis: Experience in designing scalable and efficient Power Platform solutions
- Debugging & Performance Optimization: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve performance issues
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and business users
- Leadership & Mentorship: Experience leading development teams and guiding junior developers.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Dataverse, Power apps, PCF, Plugins, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Knowledge of Azure services.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, and REST APIs for advanced customizations.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, PL-200, PL-900).
