We are seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE functionalities and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE.
- Customize Dynamics 365 CE entities, workflows, business processes, and plugins.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors and middleware solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CE issues.
- Implement performance tuning and optimization strategies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.
To be successful in this role, you will have.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules and customization tools.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
