They are currently seeking a Citrix Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. Experienced Citrix engineers will have a background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis. 

Responsibilities:


    • • Provide 2nd level technical infrastructure support (and above).
      • Manage and resolve client incidents and requests to meet required SLA’s working from a queue and assigned tickets.
      • Amend and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for customer environments.
      • Comply with information security policies and procedures at all times.
      • Provide an escalation point for the level one support teams.
      • Adhere to Incident, Security, Problem and Change Management processes as per customer standards (ITIL Framework).
      • To provide after hours on-call assistance and/or escalation on a rotating basis.

Requirements:

    • Expected skills & experience required for this role:
    • • Minimum 5 years’ experience each in an Infrastructure Citrix & Support role.
      • Experience as a Citrix Engineer/Administrator with responsibilities including support, implementation, and upgrades/migrations.
      • Experience configuring and managing Citrix technologies, including XenDesktop and XenApp, Citrix NetScaler/ADC, StoreFront, Citrix Provisioning Services and Citrix Cloud.
      • Troubleshooting and managing thin clients, Citrix licensing and PVS/MCS services.
      • SSL Certificate Management.
      • Microsoft RDS & Terminal Services exposure and experience.
      • Microsoft Server 2012 or above.
      • Network (fundamentals). 
      Desired skills & experience required for this role:
      • Previous experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
      • Microsoft Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Site &Services, GPO).
      • Citrix Cloud experience.
      • Microsoft Virtual Desktop (AVD).
      • 2FA Support (MFA, CyberArk, Okta).
      • Anti-Virus Technologies from a client level.
      • VMware vSphere 6.0 or above / Hyper V.
