Engineering Project Manager – Logan, Utah
Are you looking for a trustworthy, supportive company with a caring culture? DISHER is partnering with a customer on a four-month project seeking a program manager to work on contract and lead a line expansion and the design of a packaging line. This hybrid position requires one week per month onsite in Logan, Utah, and three weeks working remotely.

What you will get to do:
- Develop and manage the overall program plan, budget, and timeline for the line expansion project.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, EHS, and finance.
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and external vendors for design, installation, and commissioning.
- Oversee project milestones, proactively identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements throughout design and implementation.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders on program status, risks, and achievements.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project execution and production startups.
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in project/program management, with proven success in manufacturing or production expansion projects.
- Strong knowledge of capital project management, production processes, and equipment installation.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
