What you'll get to do:

    • Administer and support Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity management.
    • Manage and maintain Office 365 tenant services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
    • Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex IT Helpdesk escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
    • Support Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, Intune group policies, and file/print services.
    • Monitor, patch, backup, and optimize cloud and on-premises systems for peak reliability and performance.
    • Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, and execution.
    • Automate infrastructure processes using scripting and cloud-native tools, particularly PowerShell.
    • Collaborate closely with internal IT and Security professionals to protect systems and data.
    • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and participate in strategic technology projects.

What will make you successful:

    • 5–10 years of IT infrastructure and cloud experience, with expertise in Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
    • Proven troubleshooting skills with complex cloud and server systems (Tier 2/3 support).
    • Experience with VMware, storage infrastructure, and network fundamentals such as VPN and firewalls.
    • Scripting and automation proficiency (PowerShell or similar).
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Collaborative approach, strong problem-solving, and commitment to operational excellence.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, recognizing that the support aspect of this role requires effective communication and a collaborative approach.
