What you'll get to do:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, nonprofit, educational, and private sectors
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
    • Conduct needs assessments and deliver customized sales presentations to prospective clients
    • Represent the organization at industry events, networking, and pre-bid meetings
    • Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
    • Monitor market trends and provide strategic feedback to enhance sales approaches

What will make you successful:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communications, or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years sales experience in professional services, events, consulting, or similar industries
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Comfortable engaging with a variety of audiences, including executives and community leaders
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Passionate about community transformation and social impact
