Project Manager - Grand Rapids, Michigan
DISHER is currently partnering with a leading systems provider of highly dynamic, automated, and turnkey logistics solutions worldwide in their search for a Project Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the management of the entire customer order realization and the implementation of agreed customer requirements.

What you will get to do:
- Assume responsibility for performance, schedule, technology, safety and cost of all orders after takeover from Sales
- Responsible for order planning, site planning, progress monitoring, and intervention when necessary
- Optimize material flow through layouts, order controlling, cost benefit ratio and reducing expenses
- Lead project related core team, contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Organize installation, conduct site evaluation, keep up with documentation, resolve any issues that arise
- Support customers through project as well as through handover to lifetime services
- Coordinate with lifetime services to ensure proper support and knowledge transfer
What will make you successful:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Able to work independently with little direct oversite and is a self-starter
- Experience in mechatronics preferred
- Ability to work closely with customers to create a mutually desired outcome
- Knowledge of workflows within the realization process and related processes
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work cross culturally
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time with a training period in Austria
- Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations
