Known for its people-first culture, the team is grounded in servant leadership, collaborative teamwork, and a mindset of continuous improvement. You’ll be surrounded by driven individuals who care about their craft, their colleagues, and their community.

What you'll get to do:

    • Guide and mentor junior engineers, contributing to a strong technical team culture.
    • Engage with overseas manufacturing partners to support quality, sourcing, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Stay current on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve product design.
    • Help strengthen and grow a portfolio of premium, highly recognized fastening brands.

What will make you successful:

    • 10+ years of experience in mechanical/product design, ideally with fasteners, construction products, or tools.
    • Advanced proficiency with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Catia.
    • Strong background in materials, coatings, and mechanical systems.
    • Experience working with global supply chains and vendors.
    • Creative thinker with a track record of bringing ideas to market.
    • Excellent communicator and team collaborator.
    • Eager to mentor others and contribute to a high-impact team.
    • A mindset that aligns with servant leadership, curiosity, and doing things better—together.
