This company partners with businesses, organizations, and property owners to create outdoor spaces that are both beautiful and functional. This team is committed to delivering exceptional landscaping solutions that enhance the value and appeal of their clients’ properties while positively impacting the local community. The Landscape Sales Manager will be responsible for growing the client base and driving revenue by selling landscaping services to commercial, nonprofit, educational, and private clients.

What you'll get to do:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sectors
    • Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
    • Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored sales presentations
    • Represent the company at industry and networking events
    • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success
    • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve sales strategies
    • Work will take place on-site at the office, at customer sites, and networking

What will make you successful:

    • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in landscaping, professional services, or a related industry
    • High school diploma or equivalent, but Bachelor’s degree or experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
    • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build authentic relationships with diverse clients
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
    • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
