Disher is currently partnering with an automotive manufacturing company in their search for a Maintenance Technician. In this role you will assist in developing controls documentation like interface descriptions and sequence of operations for automation projects, perform reach studies and time calculations for robot cells, and other automation equipment.

What you'll get to do:
- Assist in developing controls documentation like interface descriptions and sequence of operations for automation projects, performs reach studies and time calculations for robot cells, and other automation equipment.
- Program robots (Yaskawa, Universal, Omron) and automation equipment (Omron, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley – Rockwell, Keyence).
- HMI Programming
- Assist in programming /Troubleshooting of Injection Mold presses, Blow molding presses, associated Robots (Star, ARI, Yushin), and automated assembly equipment.
- Wiring of controls including working knowledge of safety relay circuitry.
- Work with other departments to ensure project completion and success.
- Develop studies and runs cycle time calculations.
- Provide support/ Training for Maintenance personnel.
- Assist with Design and build automated equipment (cells) with automation team in house.
- Identify processes that are currently running for automated improvements.

- Experience with Robot Programming, Omron Controllers, Mitsubishi Controllers, Allen-Bradley, Keyence vision systems and sensors.
- Experience with Human Machine Interface (HMI) programming
