DISHER is partnering with a local, family-owned commercial door company to find an Office Administrator to join their team in Walker, MI. This organization specializes in providing industry leading commercial door installation and service. In this role, you are responsible for the day to day office administration which includes answering phones, interfacing with customers, creating invoices, handling accounts receivable, and other office related tasks like ordering and event planning.

What you will get to do:

    • Answering phones by taking down service all information, transferring calls, answering basic questions and taking detailed messages.
    • Create invoices by taking information from service calls and creating an invoice for their order.
    • Receive and process checks by entering them into our system
    • Following up and calling about past due invoices
    • Order office supplies
    • Plan office events
    • Order lunches and apparel

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
    • Computer Skills: QuickBooks preferred, not required.
