Global Sales & Marketing Manager – Grand Rapids, MI
DISHER is partnering with a motorcycle manufacturer in Grand Rapids, Michigan to fill their Global Sales & Marketing Manager position. In this role, you will lead the company's global revenue and brand expansion efforts, with a high emphasis on strategic marketing with high impact on sales conversions. You will be instrumental in developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies that drive B2C and B2B growth, strengthen dealer and distributor networks, and elevate the company brand worldwide.

What you'll get to do:
- Lead and manage global sales and marketing teams, setting clear KPIs, strategies, and performance objectives.
- Develop and implement integrated B2C and B2B strategies that align sales performance with marketing campaigns, promotions, and messaging.
- Oversee marketing initiatives, including branding, digital campaigns, content development, and events to support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Strengthen and expand the company’s dealer, distributor, and service center networks in the U.S. and international markets.
- Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline from lead acquisition to conversion, driving consistent revenue growth.
- Analyze sales, marketing, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Leverage deep experience and existing relationships in the powersports and OEM sectors to foster partnerships and enhance market reach.
- Collaborate with product development and customer experience teams to ensure market alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Own and drive brand strategy across all channels, ensuring consistent voice, positioning, and visual identity globally.
- Act as a senior leader and public representative of the company at key industry events, dealer meetings, and customer engagements.
What will make you successful:
- 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the powersports, motorcycle, or OEM industries.
- Proven success managing integrated sales and marketing strategies across domestic and global markets.
- Strong experience in B2C and B2B channel development, including direct-to-consumer and dealer/distributor networks.
- Deep understanding of OEM and dealership operations, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire high performance.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Skilled in CRM, digital marketing platforms, and performance tracking tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
