What you will get to do:

    • Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
    • Configure, customize, and support ERP modules to meet business requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
    • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the ERP systems.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Conduct regular system audits and implement best practices for data integrity and security.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on ERP functionalities and processes.
    • Stay updated with the latest ERP trends, updates, and best practices.

What will make you successful:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an ERP Administrator, with a focus on NetSuite.
    • Strong understanding of ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration.
    • Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with ERP implementation projects is a plus.
