DISHER is partnering with a global foam cleaning equipment company in Grand Rapids, MI to fill their NetSuite Administrator position. This company designs and builds chemical management and application equipment, specializing in foam cleaning solutions such as foam, fog, spray, gel, and more. They provide customized solutions for a wide range of industries, ensuring that each application is tailored to meet specific cleaning needs and optimize efficiency. They are seeking a proactive Level 2 NetSuite Administrator to support and continuously improve their ERP platform across a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a global distribution footprint. This role bridges operations, finance, supply chain, and customer service to ensure NetSuite is optimized for scale, accuracy, and efficiency. You’ll play a key part in configuring workflows, supporting users, enhancing reporting, and driving system improvements that support our production and global shipping operations.

What you will get to do:

    • System Management & Configuration:
    • Maintain and optimize user roles, permissions, dashboards, workflows, and forms
    • Develop and manage saved searches, reports, KPIs, and real-time dashboards for stakeholders
    • Ensure system reliability and support functional needs across Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service
    • Cross-Functional Support & Issue Resolution:
    • Act as Tier 2 support for NetSuite issues across departments
    • Troubleshoot order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory workflows
    • Document and enforce best practices across global teams
    • Process Improvement & Project Execution:
    • Collaborate with department leads to automate and streamline processes within NetSuite
    • Lead system enhancement projects, including testing and go-live support
    • Assist with integrations between NetSuite and key platforms (e.g., EDI, shipping software, CRM)
    • Data Integrity & Analytics:
    • Ensure accurate product, customer, vendor, and inventory data across global locations
    • Support operational reporting for production scheduling, inventory turns, and order tracking
    • Manage data uploads (CSV imports) and cleansing for consistency and accuracy
    • Compliance & Audit Readiness:
    • Support documentation for internal audit controls as applicable
    • Help maintain compliance with international shipping and tax regulations through system setup

What will make you successful:

    • Required:
    • 2–4 years NetSuite administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
    • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Inventory, Manufacturing, Advanced Financials, and Order Management
    • Experience with saved searches, custom segments, workflows, user roles, permissions, and CSV imports
    • Familiarity with global operations, multi-subsidiary environments, and intercompany transactions
    • Analytical and systems-oriented with strong attention to detail
    • Preferred:
    • NetSuite Administrator Certification
    • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, or 3rd-party tools (e.g., Celigo, SPS Commerce, RF-SMART)
    • Knowledge of supply chain logistics, landed cost, or demand planning modules
    • Exposure to Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles
