What you'll get to do:
- Lead and manage a team of structural engineers and designers.
- Ensure project integrity, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
- Guide business and client development activities.
- Oversee design calculations, specifications, and CAD drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Utilize RISA-3D for structural modeling and Bentley AutoPIPE for pipe stress analysis.
- Handle project administration, including billing and invoicing.
- Represent the firm at project meetings and client/site visits.
- Coordinate with other disciplines for successful project delivery.
- Travel up to 10% annually.
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience, with group management experience preferred.
- Professional Engineering license required; SE license and NCEES record preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience in onsite construction support and a solid understanding of steel, concrete, and wood design.
