We are on the hunt for a highly organized, proactive, and energetic Service Coordinator & Parts Specialist to support our service team. This is a critical operations role where you’ll be part traffic controller, part parts guru, and part project manager — all while keeping customer satisfaction and team efficiency at the forefront.

What you will get to do:

    • Coordinate scheduling for field service technicians, ensuring timely customer support
    • Serve as the liaison between customers, techs, and suppliers—managing work orders, service calls, and communication
    • Source, quote, and order parts in collaboration with suppliers and techs
    • Assist in building service reports and maintaining clean documentation of all jobs
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels and support ordering strategies to meet demand
    • Support project timelines and ensure smooth technician deployment
    • Bring energy, organization, and positivity to a high-performing team

What will make you successful:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Prior experience in scheduling, service coordination, administrative work, or parts quoting
    • Solid project management instincts—ability to manage timelines, juggle multiple demands, and stay organized

    • Excellent communication skills—you can manage personalities and build great relationships
