As a member of Dispo’s team, you’ll be crafting some of the best mobile experiences the world has ever seen.

Collab with our CEO, Design, Eng, and Community teams to determine our product vision
Refine our core loops to grow the community and improve retention
Use a combination of intuition, user research, and analytics to drive feature launches and roadmap priorities
Relentlessly focus on UX improvements alongside design to make our app clearer and easier to use
Communicate your theories and help make data-informed decisions
Ability to work independently - you ask great questions about goals and designs and work with our eng and design teams to execute experiments daily
Generate and present insights so that they can be useful to the design and eng orgs

4+ year of experience as a product manager, ideally launching 0 to 1 or very early stage consumer-focused products
Free to play mobile gaming experience is a big plus, with a deep understanding of game design and principles
A team player who can collaborate with engineers, designers and other cross-functional teams
Someone who loves product and is comfortable getting into the shoes of our users, with a creative flare
Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
Willingness to be proven wrong by data
