We are looking for an experienced, creative, and strategic Social Media Manager to help grow and engage our audience across all social channels. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large social presence and a passion for social trends and popular culture. In this role you will manage a content calendar, concept and create social assets (in partnership with a graphic designer) and track and review analytics. You will also be responsible for engagement on social platforms, maintaining and amplifying the brand voice. You will report to the Head of Brand and collaborate with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm strategy and ideas to execute on.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain an ongoing content calendar for all social channels (focus on Dispo, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter)
    • Communicate brand voice, aesthetic, and mission on all social channels
    • Engage with social media users and accounts across all platforms
    • Maintain and respect Dispo’s brand guidelines 
    • Handle critical deadlines and short turnarounds in a fast-paced environment (turnaround times can vary from a few hours for simpler projects to a few days to a few months)
    • Monitor and analyze content performance and social sentiment, using data tools and insights to inform decisions
    • Create weekly analytical reports to share with key stakeholders
    • Research and implement latest social trends, best practices, and innovations across platforms
    • Review data, iterate and craft new concepts regularly

QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years of social media experience for a large brand, media publisher, or talent
    • Proven experience hitting key social metrics
    • Ability to problem-solve on the fly 
    • Deep understanding of social media and popular culture
