What you will do:

    • Work cross functionally to build out requirements that help DISQO achieve its vision for our Experience Platform.
    • Work to understand our customers pain points and incorporate that with our broader product vision to find meaningful solutions
    • Partner with our engineering teams and align on near and mid-term objectives
    • Define epic and user story requirements and acceptance criteria for both technical and non-technical requirements
    • Draw inferences from data and create strategies to understand how we can move forward and where we can improve.
    • Communicate with team members, stakeholders, clients, and vendors effectively.
    • Partner up with Engineering, Design and Customer Success to deliver new products and features that help us achieve our vision.
    • Create and document processes to increase team productivity

What you bring to the role:

    • 5-7 years of experience managing or supporting a product in the tech/SaaS space
    • Demonstrated to be a strong Systems Thinker and can decompose complex problems into coherent smaller parts
    • Ability to execute against clearly defined goals both tactically and strategically
    • Ability to communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
    • Experience querying data in SQL, and have a good understanding of data and how to extract insights from it.
    • Understanding of common market research methodologies, such as weighting, statistical testing and experiment design.
    • You have worked in an Agile environment
    • You have a technical background (engineering, data analytics, …)
$150,000 - $175,000 a year
This is a structured hybrid role based out of our New York office. Your pay will be determined by your experience, work location, and other applicable factors.
