Account Executive -- SMB

At DISTRIBUTE , we are disrupting product distribution. We are changing the way buyers from retail, hotels, and restaurants purchase goods from their suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers. DISTRIBUTE is looking for top performing sales professionals who are passionate about disrupting a marketplace and motivated to advance their career in B2B software sales.
We have grown tremendously over the last year and need a dynamic and energetic Account Executive to evangelize Distribute and close pivotal deals with customers in the SMB (corporate segment). Our team has a creative, entrepreneurial spirit and offers room to grow and learn from highly successful salespeople in the tech industry.  We also have a promotional path to become a Commercial Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect into accounts by calling and email executives at all levels to facilitate deal closure
    • Maintain a high daily volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling
    • Manage the full sales-cycle, including contract generation and other deliverable for closing
    • Work with our CSM team to ensure client transition and on-boarding
    • Close new brands and cross-sell / upsell existing accounts
    • Exceed monthly sales goals  
    • Rapidly learn Distribute’s business to business e-commerce platform
    • Skillfully deliver web based presentations
    • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable


    • 3+ years of B2B inside sales or relevant experience selling over the phone/web
    • Proven successful at selling over the phone
    • Comfortable and enjoy selling into accounts valued between $1-$50 million in annual revenue with a 30 to 90 day sales cycle
    • Previously trained in solution selling / consultative selling
    • Consistent over-achievement in past experiences
    • Technically adept; experienced with web technologies
    • Passion for transforming brick-and-mortar businesses with the power of our platform
    • Bachelor’s Degree
