We are looking for a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate to join our Operations team to support the logistical challenges of our complex project portfolio. If you want a mix of hands-on field work and systematic problem solving, a career in Project Management might be for you!
What You'll Be Doing...
Consulting with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Monitoring project timelines and deadlines.
Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.
Assisting project managers with customer and subcontractor schedules
Deriving proposal schedules to support sales and business development.
Required Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Ability to learn project scheduling software, such as Primavera or MS Project.
