We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Scheduler to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across our portfolio. This role plays a key part in developing and maintaining accurate project schedules, tracking progress, identifying risks, and supporting on-time project delivery. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Tasks:
Create, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software and internal systems.
Coordinate the assignment of field personnel and subcontractors based on project timelines and site needs.
Monitor project progress, identify scheduling conflicts or delays, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with Operations and Engineering leads to align resource availability and project priorities.
Track milestones, maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, and ensure all scheduling information is current.
Assist in coordinating logistics, meeting planning, and other administrative support tied to project delivery.
Respond to last-minute changes with professionalism, adjusting schedules as needed while minimizing disruption.
Required Experience and Education:
Experience in scheduling, administrative coordination, or project support in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Microsoft Project); familiarity with project management or scheduling tools is a plus.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience supporting logistics, operations, or field service scheduling.
· Background in construction, manufacturing, or automation environments.
· A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related field is preferred.
