(Junior) Talent Partnerships Manager (f/m/d)
Have you already gained first working experience in talent management and influencer marketing? Are you familiar and have affinity with platforms like YouTube, Instagram and TikTok? Are you an outgoing person who thrives on relationship building but at the same time likes to be able to work independently? Then you could be the perfect fit!

In the position of (Junior) Talent Partnerships Manager you will be supporting our Talent Partnerships team, enable its growth and set up collaborations between brands and established & up-and-coming Talents. With a focus on the Belgian market you will be proactively looking for new Talents which we can acquire, represent, develop, and support in all their social media needs whilst maintaining our Divimove quality standards. 

Your Profile

    • Strong interest in Influencer marketing and social media platforms
    • Previous experience in the world of online video, social media or Talent representation
    • You thrive on developing and maintaining personal connections
    • Studies in a relevant field, e.g. marketing/communications, (media) business
    • Excellent communication skills
    • A real go-getter and able to work well autonomously as well as in a team setting on multiple tasks at the same time
    • With a focus on the Belgian market we expect excellent language skills in Dutch and preferably French, with a high proficiency in spoken and written English
