You would have a significant impact on our business, bringing feedback from the market to shape a company with a vision to change the world of customer service for good. 

Customer service software is the 3rd largest software vertical and change is long overdue in CS technology, so there’s a big market opportunity. Linked to that, the pandemic has increased the need for a platform like ours that can connect customer service agents more effectively, so there couldn’t be a better time to join. 

Our product can solve these problems very effectively. No one else is able to deliver the same omnichannel experience or deploy so quickly and smoothly - just 2 weeks to go live.

Responsibilities

    • Generate meetings with prospects through hyper-personalized outreach.
    • Conduct meetings booked for you by our Marketing and Sales Development teams.
    • Develop strategies and leverage pain points to close net new deals
    • Forecast revenue
    • Achieve revenue quota
    • Empathize with prospects and qualify business pain.
    • Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Marketing, Sales Development and Customer Success.
    • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through the sales process.
    • Gain a deep understanding of key prospect accounts and your territory
    • Fluent in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian

Qualifications

    • Experience in selling software. Ideally, you have a consistent track record in mid-market software sales (SaaS), achieving or exceeding revenue quota.
    • Experience in managing the entire sales cycle, from generating pipeline to conducting discovery calls, from articulating ROI in negotiations to closing.
    • You are composed, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships.
    • You have an empathetic and collaborative approach. Ideally, you are familiar with the MEDDICCC framework.
    • You are adaptable and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ideally, you have worked in a start-up or scale-up before
