The Role 
The role requires a motivated, calm, enthusiastic self-starter, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced business environment whilst establishing strong relationships within the network quickly. Previous experience working in a similar role within a creative communications agency will be an advantage. 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Extensive diary management for the UK CCO & UK Executive Creative Director  
    • Manage international travel arrangements for the UK CCO & UK ECD 
    • Inbox management for the UK CCO & UK ECD 
    • Support the UK CCO with department functions & meeting agenda’s/ logistics  
    • Manage internal communications and sending out all staff emails on behalf of the UK CCO 
    • Create, edit, and review PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings on behalf of the UK CCO 
    • Minute taking for team meetings 
    • General administration and other ad hoc tasks 
    • Weekly input, review and submission of timesheets and company expenses, whilst liaising with accounts department regarding any client billing issues 
    • Raising purchase orders 
    • Project coordination, event management & arranging department socials/ away days as required 
    • Assist the UK CCO & ECD with award entries, judging and monitoring deadlines 
    • General administrative support for the UK Creative department & liaison for the team 
    • Primary owner of the UK Creative email alias/ group 

Key Requirements:

    • High level organisation and time management skills with the ability to be proactive, effectively prioritise tasks and efficiently respond to urgent requests. 
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
    • Ability to learn and effectively use I.T software 
    • High level diary, logistical and travel management skills 
    • Proactive solutions orientated approach 
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills – ability to liaise confidently with internal and external VIPs 
    • Experience in meeting administration, event management and project coordination
