About You
We’re seeking a flexible and curious Account Supervisor to join our Employee Experience team. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll contribute to the success of several major accounts across a variety of sectors. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in one or more of the following domains: internal communications, organizational communications, change communications, M&A communications, culture communications, employee engagement, HR communications, talent acquisition, and/or union/frontline communications.

Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the development and execution of communications strategies, programs, and tactics that meet client objectives. Sharing a point of view is encouraged and expected.
    • Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence 
    • Apply or create tools, templates, and methodologies that positively influence your clients’ communication effectiveness
    • Support senior colleagues in the delivery and tactical management of consulting assignments
    • Build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels 
    • Develop a deep awareness of clients’ general business strategies, products, and services, as well as general issues facing their industries
    • Research, outline, write, edit, and proofread materials, including client presentations, scripts, newsletter articles, and features
    • Assist in the new business process, including conducting research and developing proposal and pitch materials

Basic Qualifications:

    • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in at least three of the following areas:  employee communications, diversity and inclusion, change management, communications research, executive communications, and corporate communications.
    • Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, organizational development, industrial psychology, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
    • Can demonstrate superior writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills; project management skills; and consultative skills (including effective questioning, critical thinking, client management, and communication methodology application)

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prosci, Agile, or PMP certifications are a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop communications plans, impart knowledge to team members, perform well under pressure, be a team player, and manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously
    • Able to quickly grasp client goals and understand their key stakeholders: consumers, employees, investors, regulators, media, vendors, partners, and other businesses/organizations, etc.
    • Apply practical experience in at least three of the following areas: internal communications, change management, employee engagement, communications research, executive communications, and corporate communications
    • Work experience in corporate, management consulting, or public relations agency settings strongly preferred
$67,000 - $94,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
