Role Overview
This role is focused on a national retail client. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Account Supervisor (SAS) to oversee multiple workstreams, leading a passionate team to produce best in class work.

Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to creation of communications plans that meet client objectives 
    • Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence 
    • Build relationship with clients and colleague at all levels 
    • Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content 
    • Supervise staff junior to you by motivating, coaching and consistently providing feedback 
    • Help plan and coordinate traditional and social media outreach programs 
    • Aid in new business process including idea contribution, research and proposal preparation 
    • Commit to continuous learning; set and pursue stretch goals 
    • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Edelman’s values and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

Basic Qualifications

    • At least six years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including research, advertising, management consulting, media and publishing.   
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

    • The SAS should have a proven ability to manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously. They should be able to develop communications plans, implement public relations tactics and impart knowledge to more junior team members. They should have strong research, writing, editing and client interaction skills, perform well under pressure and be a team player.
$79,000 - $115,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
