We are seeking a motivated Digital Account Executive with an interest in financial communications to join our team in New York, Chicago, or Washington, DC. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of digital initiatives, including content development, social media (organic and paid), performance tracking (KPIs), digital monitoring, digital project coordination, and online community engagement.

Responsibilities
- Craft persuasive, engaging copy for corporate and executive social media channels
- Support account management efforts and help maintain high quality across all deliverables
- Assist in developing strategies, content calendars, and integrated communication plans
- Contribute digital best practices to broader public relations initiatives
- Monitor social media platforms and assist in compiling performance reports and insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with paid media, design, and technology teams to execute campaigns
- Stay current on digital trends and provide actionable insights to enhance client programs
- Assist in coordinating and managing relationships with vendors and external partners
- Support internal project operations by helping track deadlines, budgets, and deliverables
- Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities to expand capabilities and value for clients
- Champion Edelman’s values and actively contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, public relations, social media, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meltwater, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, Semrush, Similarweb, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across teams
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- Interest or experience in financial services, asset management, or crisis communications is a plus
$56,000 - $70,000 a year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
