We are seeking a Project Manager for integrated projects ranging from strategies, activations, creative content for social media, and more. If you like variety and tailoring process to project, this is the job for you. We are seeking a Project Manager who is process-oriented, unafraid to ask questions, and highly collaborative on integrated projects.

The job
As the Project Manager across programs with concurrent workflows, you’ll work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver for our clients. You’ll collaborate with account, specialty, and project management peers to ensure that project deliverables map to strategic intent and brand guidelines, while meeting timeline and budget requirements.
About your day-to-day:
Project Managers focus on daily project management, supporting financial management and using team collaboration skills for the delivery of projects. They both support and work independently alongside senior project managers to track project deliverables within timing and budget.
Responsibilities
- Development of business acumen by assisting in defining scopes, building estimates, and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Use of project management tools to author and maintain project schedules, project briefs, cost estimates, budgets, and other relevant project documentation with input and oversight from relevant team members.
- Anticipate and support the needs of projects, resolving project issues and removing barriers to success for the team.
- Manage project burn and identify and flag scope creep.
- Proactively communicate and manage hours, tasks, and timelines with integrated team members
- Schedule and attend meetings, communicate next steps, and assign actions.
- Support client management in partnership with the account team, including managing client feedback, supporting next steps, proactively communicating project implications, and tracking against scope.
- Partner with resource management to manage staff plans and future staffing requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of project management at an integrated marketing or PR agency, or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong passion for and demonstrated knowledge in project management and integrated programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet (or other similar project management tool)
$60,000 - $84,000 a year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
