To support our APAC business we are setting up a center of excellence (CoE) based on the model of insourcing projects to a central, professional hub with the objective of building an optimal team of researchers that can support the DxI shared resources model.
We are looking for a Research Executive who will play a key role in the measurement and analysis of media coverage on our client companies across the media spectrum – broadcast, print, online, and social media.  This insight helps our clients, many of whom are Fortune 500 corporations, to develop better communications and business strategies. 

This is a manager-level position that enhances your experience in market research, media analysis techniques, and a variety of public relations measurement methodologies. It is a deadline-driven environment where quick and independent learners thrive.

Requirements:
·         4-6 years of relevant professional experience.
·         Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, communications, marketing, business, psychology, economics, or related area of study.
·         Familiarity with secondary, qualitative, and quantitative research and analysis.
·         Demonstrated ability to use online tools to perform online desk research.
·         Excellent reading, writing, editing, and data interpretation skills.
·         Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
·         Great interpersonal communication skills; articulates ideas clearly and professionally, both in person, in writing, and over the phone.
·         Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure; able to consistently meet deadlines on reports and projects.
·         Detail oriented; able to ensure the quality of report content by keeping numerous project details organized and by self-editing.
·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook).
·         In addition, the following skillsets would be highly advantageous:
o    Experience in social media measurement and/or exposure to using third party social media data.
o    Advanced analytics (e.g. regression and other multivariate approaches).

Responsibilities:
·         Assist in delivering quality services to clients on primary and secondary research projects.
·         Manage multiple projects for multiple clients.
·         Manage day-to-day communications, and account operations, including but not limited to, resource planning, quality assurance, managing and potentially producing ad hoc requests.
·         Primary research efforts will include:
o    Manage project coordination – independently or with support, depending on the size and complexity of projects.
o    Support research design and data collection.
o    Guide and manage the production of research reports.
·         Secondary research efforts will include:
o    Manage media monitoring projects on an ad-hoc and continuous basis.
o    On a tight timeline, search a combination of free and subscription-based databases to identify and consolidate media content that is relevant to specific clients and projects
o    Prioritize and organize media content into monitoring reports using both third-party and proprietary software
o    Analyze news and social media coverage for metrics, such as tone (favorability), influencers, spokespeople, messages communicated, outlet type, and topic
o    Assist project teams with general desk research
o    Assist with the setup and configuration of our proprietary online media monitoring tool for clients (training provided)
