As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll sit at the center of integrated campaigns—connecting strategy, creative, specialty, and account teams to ensure work gets done right, on time, and on budget.

What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day workflow of integrated projects from scope to delivery
- Collaborate across functions to align creative intent with timelines and resources
- Develop project documentation including briefs, timelines, budgets, and scopes of work
- Manage project performance, tracking scope, risks, resourcing, and financials
- Serve as a key liaison between teams, driving clarity, consistency, and momentum
- Communicate status, identify blockers, and escalate risks to project leadership
- Champion project management best practices to elevate delivery excellence
- Support the ongoing development of staffing plans in partnership with Resource Management
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous
Basic Qualifications
- 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in an integrated marketing or PR agency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong command of PM fundamentals and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Office)
- Proven ability to lead medium-scale projects independently and effectively
- Clear, confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments
- Business-minded thinker with a solutions-first approach to problem solving
- Comfortable leading through ambiguity and managing competing priorities
- Committed to respectful conduct, embracing diverse cultures, and practicing conscious inclusion
$72,000 - $110,000 a year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
