Edelman DXI is looking for someone who has a go getter attitude and can communicate and consult with internal clients to gather client specific details and execute results quickly. Ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills, the ability to quickly jump on a project/task and see it through to completion in an extremely time sensitive environment. This is a fast-paced position that will be responsible for wearing a variety of hats from gathering client requirements, coordinating internal and external teams, and executing research to plan in a highly stressful environment.

Responsibilities:

    • Work with internal and external departments to understand research objectives and execute plans quickly and efficiently
    • Oversee and manage vendors for execution of quantitative and qualitative primary research projects, including but not limited to, online surveys, focus groups, in depth interviews, and online communities
    • Responsible for reviewing project specifications to ensure they match bid and scope
    • Understand quota groups and complex nested and census related demographic and firmographic data
    • Program and launch online surveys and qualitative discussions
    • Test surveys to ensure they are functioning according to design
    • Weekend and non-traditional business hours maybe required

Basic Qualifications:

    • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or related field
    • 2 years’ experience in market research, consumer insights, brand management and/or strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research preferred
    • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent communication skills 
    • Strong time management and prioritization skills
    • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
    • Comfortable working on demanding projects with very tight timelines
$48,000 - $67,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
