RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for all aspects of the People function in the LATAM Region to instill a unified employee experience that is locally adapted.. 
    • Effectively partner with Global Centers of excellence (COEs) including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Diversity, Total Rewards, Talent Management, IT and Shared Services and to successfully deliver PEOPLE programs and system implementation. 
    • Predict, assess and determine business needs in the areas of organization design, staffing, performance management, succession planning, development planning and communications plans. 
    • Identify, evaluate and drive forward key training and development courses that develop strong talent in leadership in partnership with global COE. Comfortable facilitating group training or discussions and presenting to small or large groups of employees. 
    • Mitigate and analyze workforce data and internal trends; use insights to inform leadership with measured recommendations for enhancements, improve efficiencies and measure the success of programs.  
    • Analyze internal salary trends and external salary and benefit data provided by our global Total Rewards team to ensure equity and competitiveness of total rewards offering. 
    • Actively support local and regional cultural events including social and community events and activities. 
    • Support business expansion / acquisition initiatives from a People perspective including due diligence, project and change management and implementation. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • 10+ years of progressive experience in all aspects of Human Resources management as a strategic business partner in Latin American countries ( Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Columbia) in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
    • Preference given to experience in a PR / communication agency, or in professional services. 
    • Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred. 
    • Spanish speaking with fluency in English is required. Working knowledge of Portuguese, a definite asset. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, HRIS Systems, and conversant with cloud-based engagement and performance management programs.
    • Understand employment laws and managing complex employee relations and performance management cases in multiple regions.

    • Anticipate internal organization issues, propose smart solutions, that represent the employee perspective and support the culture. 
    • Manage and/or participate in multiple projects and prioritize under pressure with an eye to detail and accuracy. 
    • Lead with a high degree of influence and persuasion to direct, inspire and motivate a high performing team of human resource professionals to drive success.
