We’re looking for a Senior Account Supervisor, Digital to join our award-winning team that grows and evolves brands through digital strategy, campaigns and content that earn our audiences’ attention.  This is a critical role on a cross-market team (U.S., Canada + Colombia) dedicated to creating social-first creative for 50+ Microsoft global social channels.
 
As a Senior Account Supervisor (SAS), you are part digital strategist and part client whisperer, but underpinning it all, you are passionate about everything digital. From community management to content planning, email marketing to website builds, channel strategies to paid media execution, you’ve seen it all. You are not only on top of the latest online trends but also know how to get things done in this ever-changing space.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead the integration and operation of a social creative production machine (we’re talking social content at scale!).
    • You will work with Project Managers and a robust Content Studio, bringing strategic and social-first thinking to our briefs.
    • You will champion quality and brand/product, guiding the team to create compelling, accurate and effective content for social, blog and other digital platforms.
    • Oversee the monthly editorial calendars for global social channels—and play a key role in elevating and evolving our work on an ongoing basis.
    • Serve as day-to-day contact for mid and senior level clients, responsible for providing strategic solutions around anything (+everything) social and digital marketing.
    • Deep knowledge of social platforms – understand and articulate best practices based on business needs, along with our communications strategist.
    • Understand the role of organic social for brands and be able to articulate best practices for producing organic social content across channels like LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram and Threads. Manage multiple urgent projects, with the ability to manage up and down to ensure the team meets deadlines and stays on budget.
    • Build trusting client relationships across the brand’s organization, navigating client approval processes and structure.
    • Serve as a main point of contact for integrated agency team partners to ensure smooth operation and execution of social strategy, in partnership with SVP, Social Strategy.
    • Play a key role in social campaigns, bringing a client and social-first lens to our team’s thinking from concepting through to execution.
    • Internalize and own client product benefits and articulate in consumer-friendly language.
    • Cultivate strong, cross-practice client relationships to develop opportunities to grow business with existing and new potential clients.

Basic Qualifications:

    • At least 6 years of relevant experience living and breathing social and digital projects
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in an agency account role strongly preferred. Bonus points for experience leading/supporting an integrated social content engine.
    • Experience in a client service capacity. Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate progress and POVs—and address client concerns effectively.
    • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful digital programs.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium or large-sized projects simultaneously.
    • Experience developing social campaigns, implementing best practices, and imparting knowledge to junior team members.
    • Passion for building and executing unique, fresh, and thoughtful social media strategies and campaigns across all channels in partnership with specialists across Social Strategy, Creative + Content.
    • Strong knowledge of content marketing, paid media/advertising, influencer marketing, and other digital disciplines
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills, and comfort presenting to groups.
    • Engaging, collaborative and inclusive work style with a human-first attitude (this is super important!)
$86,000 - $133,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
