Edelman DXI is seeking an Associate, Front-End Engineer to support the end-to-end development lifecycle for web applications, mainly predictive analytics dashboards. This role will work with the predictive analytics business to build applications that use a range of data science techniques to identify insights for our clients and inform decision-making.

Responsibilities:

    • Work across the full stack, building scalable, client-facing web applications that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
    • Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements
    • Develop primarily in Angular, NodeJS, and React
    • Self-manage to consistently deliver against timelines
    • Collaborate across time zones via Teams, GitHub comments, documents, and frequent video conferences
    • Modify and test changes to previously developed programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering (or equivalent experience)
    • At least three years of experience in building web applications
    • Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs
    • Knowledge of Angular, React, NodeJS, and Python
    • Knowledge of CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind)
    • Knowledge of interactive charting libraries (e.g., amCharts, Highcharts, ChartJS)
    • Knowledge of various AWS services including, but not limited to, S3, Cloudfront, Lambda, Dynamo, and RDS.
    • Knowledge of wireframing tools such as Figma and Sketch
    • Excellent debugging and optimization skills
    • Experience in unit/integration testing
    • Interest in learning new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies
$56,000 - $84,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
