The job 
As the QA and QC lead across programs with concurrent workflows, you’ll work with multi-disciplinary teams on excellence in delivery for our clients. You’ll collaborate with creative, project management, and account peers to ensure that project deliverables map to brand guidelines, copy strategies, and requirements, while collaborating with the team and adhering to turnaround times.  
 

Responsibilities

    • Proficiency in The Chicago Manual of Style, including its rules for grammar, punctuation, and formatting.  
    • Ensure copy adheres to brand guidelines, brand tone of voice, accessibility guidelines (including alt text), and social platform specs (including character counts).  
    • Ensure social posts align with hashtag strategy, include CTAs, and meet all creative requirements, including post and image copy. 
    • Communicate and partner with team members and troubleshoot needed edits with a solution driven demeanor. 
    • Proactively write, maintain, and organize QA guidelines via written documentation. 
    • Possess the ability to monitor and resolve multiple incidents concurrently. 
    • Act as the final catch for any remaining creative integrity issues as well as technical audio/video issues. 
    • Be passionate about routing for approval and flawless delivery. 

Basic Qualifications

    • A 4-year degree or equivalent work experience. 
    • 3-4 years of experience working in or leading a quality assurance and/or quality control practice for marketing materials. 
    • A mastery of proofreading and QA best practices for marketing deliverables and social media specifications. 
    • Skilled in collaborating on edits for quick turn delivery.  
    • Strong written and verbal communication. 

Preferred Qualifications

    • Interest and depth in social media and social first programming. 
    • Experience with a range of creative deliverables and cross-functional teams. 
    • Experienced in QA workflow documentation and QA process rollouts. 
    • Interest in tech products and growing use AI in workflow.  
$62,000 - $111,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
