About the Opportunity:
We’re seeking a flexible, adaptable, and high-energy Senior Account Supervisor to join our Business Transformation team in D.C. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll contribute to the success of several major accounts across a variety of industries. We’re not just looking for a communications professional, we’re seeking candidates with diverse backgrounds and skill sets to push our thinking, share fresh, innovative ideas, and elevate the quality of counsel we deliver for our clients. Responsibilities:

    • Help lead and contribute to business transformation projects for large brands
    • Apply change management processes and principles to our work in a fast-paced environment
    • Project manage the operational and financial performance of account teams, ensuring quality work, effective processes, and that client requests are handled in a timely and strategic fashion
    • Thoughtfully counsel senior-level clients based on the internal and external landscape and business goals
    • Take immediate action on client feedback
    • Supervise more junior staff by mentoring, motivating, coaching, and consistently providing feedback
    • Contribute to business development, including new business and organic growth with existing clients

Basic Qualifications:

    • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience
    • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Consulting or agency experience
    • Flexibility to work on-site, embedded with clients as needed; ability to travel regularly as projects require
    • Experience translating corporate strategy plans and operating models into clear narratives, strong PowerPoint presentations, and related messaging documents  
    • Experience designing and implementing communications, engagement, and transformation strategies in complex organizations and across diverse stakeholder and leadership groups
    • Experience strengthening corporate cultures and helping employees connect meaningfully with their companies' vision, mission, purpose, and strategy
    • Experience with stakeholder engagement in large-scale change, such as mergers, acquisitions, and other major moments of transformation
    • Possesses strong understanding of how to communicate with teams
    • Demonstrates advanced writing, editing, and presentation-development skills; project management skills; and consultative skills (including effective questions and critical thinking)
$79,000 - $115,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
