 The Paid Media Executive, position requires collaboration with an integrated agency team to execute audience-led paid media campaigns and strategies across social platforms. The ideal candidate must be able to ensure paid social campaigns are executed and managed to high degree of client satisfaction, while supporting growth of paid media capabilities. 

Responsibilities:

    • Implement, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across self-serve platforms like Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.  
    • Proven ability to understand client goals and how they translate into paid media campaigns
    • Maintaining and optimising client campaigns to maximise those measures of success through data driven decisions.
    • Brainstorming/researching targeting for specific campaigns
    • Serve as daily internal account team and vendor contact when appropriate, address account team, vendor, and client issues thoughtfully and effectively 
    • Track operational performance of multiple accounts, ensuring quality work, deadline, and budget adherence
    • Process oriented, with the ability to manage multiple small or medium-size projects simultaneously
    • Analysing and reporting data on a daily / weekly / bi-weekly / monthly & ad-hoc basis
    • Keeping abreast of industry news and developing POVs to communicate relevant updates to internal teams
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Basic Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of relevant experience in planning and buying paid social and digital media 
    • Proven track record analysing paid media campaign performance and developing and implementing optimisation recommendations 
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communications skills
    • Ability to adapt to new conditions, deadlines and assignments

Preferred Qualifications:

    • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
    • Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, perform well under pressure, and be a team player  
    • Be a self-starter, energized by problem-solving, excel in a collaborative environment, and proactively offer suggestions to build, shape, and improve processes 
    • Understanding of programmatic, paid search, and SEO fundamentals is a plus 
    • Experience with Google business tools like Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio and Search Console is a plus
