We are seeking a motivated Digital Designer with a passion for financial communications and storytelling using creative mediums – while also having a background in copywriting and other digital first tactics. This role is ideal for a creative professional eager to lead concept development and execution across a range of high-profile, digital-first initiatives. You will partner with client service teams to shape compelling visual narratives and brand experiences that engage investor audiences and stand out in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

    • Lead the development of creative concepts and campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, from client briefs to new business pitches.
    • Redesign investor presentations, ESG reports, and other long-form content for niche financial audiences, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and visual appeal.
    • Deliver innovative, insight-driven solutions that align with client objectives and elevate brand visibility.
    • Stay current on digital trends and provide actionable insights to enhance client programs.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of client industries and brand identities to ensure creative work is both on-brand and differentiated.
    • Collaborate closely with senior account leads, digital strategists, and broader teams to execute high-quality projects on time and on budget.
    • Translate complex financial messaging into clear, compelling creative that drives conversation and engagement across media and social channels.

Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, and visual design across digital and traditional platforms, with demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience within an agency or in-house marketing team strongly preferred
    • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Lightroom) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
    • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of traditional, digital, and social creative work.
    • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to conceptualize and execute across channels.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable with both creative storytelling and data-driven rationale.
    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience collaborating across departments and managing end-to-end project workflows.
    • Prior experience in financial services, asset management, or crisis communications is a plus.
$83,000 - $110,000 a year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
