As a Junior Social Media Manager & Influence Assistant you'll help on :
- Assist in the development and execution of digital and social media strategies, including content creation, curation, and platform management.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to inform strategy and recommend creative opportunities.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Support influencer relations (micro & macro) from sourcing to reporting, and contribute to paid media campaigns (social and LinkedIn).
- Define LinkedIn strategies for brands and executives, conduct audits, and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
You are the person for us if :
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- School agreement for a 6-month internship (start ASAP)
- Passion for digital marketing and social mediaPrevious experience in a digital agency is a plus
- Basic understanding of social platforms and marketing concepts
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentFamiliarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus
