Edelman’s continued evolution as the leading communications consultancy will require paramount focus on product development (technology and services) that leverages data and AI to transform its own and its client’s businesses. To achieve this vision, Edelman is building a critical new AI driven division that consists of four primary departments. Each department has a specific role and responsibility in the development, delivery and deployment of AI and data solutions across Edelman and the communications industry. 

We are seeking an AI Change Management Consultant who will support our internal business groups through AI transformation that will support how Edelman delivers value to our trusted clients. 

Responsibilities:

    • Provides dedicated, daily change leadership and assistance to the AI Build consulting team and the dedicated business leads. 
    • Develop the overall Organizational Change Management strategy and detailed plan for the full lifecycle of the technology implementation, process change and upskilling to deliver utilizing new tooling and capabilities 
    • Facilitates AI Build team lead collaboration with their business lead counterparts post AI build delivery for all change management activities, which include: 
    • Proven change management methods, tools, and techniques that roll into the transformation efforts of the AI Build team. 
    • Proven ability to develop and deploy OCM activities as required by the project, such as but not limited to, drafting communication materials, creating and delivering policy and training materials, implementing workforce transition plans and readiness surveys 
    • Trouble-shoot and problem-solve effectively to meet objectives 
    • Stakeholder engagement, especially with in all aspects of business group leadership support and mitigation of departmental resistance.  
    • Early identification and clarification of high-impact process change areas to impacted business group stakeholders. 
    • Leading communications planning and development activities at corporate, project team, and local levels. Providing guidance to business group leadership and SMEs who are delivering communications to broader Edelman network. 
    • Assisting with training planning and development and providing guidance for training delivery in collaboration with AI Build group, business group stakeholders and AI GTM enablement functions.  
    • Assists with Value Realization activities to allow effective leverage of business benefits as a key change lever to drive optimal adoption. 

Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelors’ Degree in related field of study (such as business, management, human resources, instructional design, organizational behavior, or psychology) or equivalent experience 
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management roles, with a focus on large-scale implementations. 

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of leading change management initiatives, particularly in complex organizational settings. Bonus if experience has been within the communications or AI industries 
    • Strong facilitation skills to support collaboration between AI Build team and business group counterparts. 
    • Experience in planning, developing, and delivering training programs for internal teams and senior leadership stakeholders. 
    • Master’s Degree in related field of study (such as business, management, human resources, instructional design, organizational behavior, or psychology) or equivalent experience 
    • Project Management support and Work Plan development experience 
    • Risk and issue management background

$150,000 - $225,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
