We are seeking a skilled and motivated CRM Manager to join our dynamic global marketing team. The Global CRM Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our global CRM, ensuring effective communication to DJE employees and our client & prospect base.  

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CRM principles, data analysis, and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

    • CRM Management: 
    • Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 
    • Segment and categorise data for targeted marketing campaigns. 
    • Follow best practices for data entry, data quality, and data privacy. 

    • Campaign Planning and Execution: 
    • Collaborate with regional and global teams to develop CRM strategies that align with business goals. 
    • Execute on event marketing campaign strategy to drive registrations to global virtual and in person events. 
    • Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns. 

    • Internal Communications: 
    • Work with stakeholders and the global marketing team to develop and send engaging email. newsletters, and timely communications that educate and inform employees across the DJE network. 

    • Data Analysis and Reporting: 
    • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
    • Create regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement. 
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client & prospect interactions. 

    • Collaboration: 
    • Work closely with the CRM Lead & growth/regional teams to align CRM strategies and activities with broader business goals. 
    • Collaborate with the IT department across CRM system projects and troubleshoot/stress test integrations and enhancements for any technical issues. 

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
    • 4-6 years of proven experience in CRM management, marketing automation, or a related role. 
    • Ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders.   
    • Proficiency in using CRM software (Ideally HubSpot) and marketing automation tools. 
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act) and their implications for CRM activities. 
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity. 
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative CRM strategies. 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
$62,000 - $111,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
