The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader with a strong background in integrated brand communications — someone who brings a digital-first mindset and also understands that successful execution spans across earned, owned, shared, and paid channels.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at conceptualizing and delivering consumer-facing integrated brand marketing campaigns. They will lead large accounts, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and drive integration across digital, earned, and creative workstreams to deliver award-winning results.
This person will also play a critical role in P&L oversight, contribute to the agency’s strategic growth, and collaborate with the leadership team on operational and entrepreneurial initiatives. Leveraging Edelman’s proprietary IP and insights, they will build strategic platforms and guide top-tier clients with authority and confidence.

Responsibilities

    • Lead two large key accounts, overseeing the development and execution of integrated, multi-market campaigns.
    • Champion earned media as a central pillar of the communications mix, working alongside digital, influencer, and creative leads.
    • Develop and execute consumer-facing integrated brand marketing campaigns across owned channels, earned media, influencer activations, and content experiences.
    • Own full P&L responsibility for key accounts, including forecasting, budgeting, and revenue growth.
    • Identify organic growth opportunities and lead new business development efforts.
    • Provide strategic counsel across the marketing communications spectrum — digital, PR, social, content, and influencer.
    • Partner with clients to build innovative campaigns grounded in insight and creativity that deliver tangible impact.
    • Write and review proposals, Q&As, briefing documents, and other high-value strategic materials.
    • Lead cross-functional teams, mentor talent, and foster a high-performance culture.
    • Guide media and influencer engagement strategies and empower teams to activate them effectively.
    • Drive true integration across practice areas to deliver high-caliber, business-impacting work.

Qualifications

    • Minimum 14 years of total experience in marketing communications, with at least 8 years in integrated roles with multimedia / creative agencies, and 5 years in digital-first or digital agency settings.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns, including influencer, social, and earned strategies.
    • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to provide actionable strategic feedback.
    • Proven success managing budgets, developing financial plans, and overseeing account P&L.
    • Experience in delivering cross-market toolkits and executing campaigns across geographies.
    • Skilled in pitching and selling bold creative concepts — and bringing them to life through disciplined execution.
    • Track record of effective team leadership, talent development, and building collaborative team cultures.
    • Prior experience working with global brands and managing complex client relationships.
